01. What types of events do you host?

We host a variety of events including adult and child birthday celebrations, Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, Pujas, proms, fundraisers, weddings, corporate events, and more! Our experienced team can customize any event to meet your specific needs and vision.

02. Where are your venues located?

Our Gleaming Event Hall venues are located in the suburbs of Cumming, Lawrenceville, and Fayetteville, Georgia. We're conveniently close to Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Buford, Dacula, Norcross, Snellville, Loganville, Sugarhill, Suwanee, Roswell, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Tyrone, Jonesboro, Union City, Hampton, and Riverdale.

03. What amenities do your venues offer?

Our venues feature ample parking, beautiful floors throughout, high ceilings, catering prep space, and bridal/dressing rooms. Specific amenities vary by location but may include crystal chandeliers, 60" round tables, 6' rectangle tables, white Chiavari chairs, built-in bars, industrial style ceilings, dedicated WiFi, prep kitchens, and more.

04. How many guests can your venues accommodate?

Capacity varies by location:

  • Lawrenceville: Up to 275 seated guests
  • Cumming: Up to 170 seated guests
  • Fayetteville: Up to 120 seated guests (Suite 706) or 50 seated guests (Suite 704)

We can also accommodate larger events with creative layouts and additional spaces.

05. Do you offer event planning services?

Yes! Gleaming Events Atlanta is a full-service event planning company. Our expertise and service is second to none when it comes to giving every one of our clients and their guests a 5-star experience. From initial concept to final execution, we handle all the details so you can enjoy your special occasion.

06. What is included in your venue rental packages?

We offer several packages including Elite, Exquisite, and "The I Do" packages. Most include 8 hours of venue rental, tables and chairs, table linens, setup, dedicated WiFi, charger plates, napkins, and centerpieces. Premium packages may include additional services like uplighting, ceramic dinnerware, buffet setup, personalized welcome signs, and more. Bartender, servers, and security are available upon request.

07. Do you offer vendor recommendations?

Yes, we have a list of trusted vendors including caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, and more that we can recommend based on your specific needs. Our partnerships with top local vendors ensure quality service and competitive pricing for your event.

08. Are your venues handicap accessible?

Yes, all our venues are fully handicap accessible with ADA-compliant entrances, restrooms, and pathways. Please contact us for specific details about accessibility features at each location to ensure we can accommodate all your guests' needs.

09. Do you offer weekday event discounts?

Yes, we offer special pricing for events held Monday through Thursday. These dates typically have more availability and lower rates, making them perfect for budget-conscious clients. Contact us for current weekday pricing and availability.

10. What add-on services are available?

We offer a variety of add-ons to enhance your event:

  • Entertainment: 360 photo booths, DJs, live music, kid entertainers, casino tables
  • Decor: Dancefloors, staging, uplighting, floral centerpieces, custom backdrops
  • Services: Bartenders, servers, security, professional catering
  • Special touches: Personalized welcome signs, custom menus, specialty event furniture

11. How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates. For weddings and large events, 6-12 months in advance is ideal. For smaller events, 1-3 months is typically sufficient. However, we do occasionally have last-minute availability for those who need it.

12. Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes, you're welcome to use your preferred caterer. Our venues include professional prep kitchens and serving areas to accommodate outside catering. We also have a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our spaces and can provide recommendations.
